 In-Depth Exploration of Key Yoga Topics

In these two-hour workshops, we'll dive into areas of yoga we often don't have enough time to explore in a regular class. Through lectures, discussion, practice, and reflection, you'll deepen your knowledge, enhance your skills, and connect with a community of fellow yoga enthusiasts. 

Workshops are held on the second Saturday of each month and recordings will be shared after the workshop if you're not able to join live.

9am - 11am PST | 12pm - 2pm EST | 6pm - 8pm CET / CEST (Central Europe Time)

Workshops are $50 each, or $500 for all 12.

Earn Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits

Each workshop qualifies as two hours of continuing education for Yoga Alliance. 

We'll focus on ways you can integrate yoga into your daily self-care routine, develop personalized practices that enhance your overall well-being, and apply yoga principles off your mat.

We'll challenge our strength, balance, and confidence as we break down essential techniques for mastering arm balances and inversions like Crow, Handstand, and more.

We'll discuss ways to craft thoughtful, engaging, and effective yoga and fitness classes tailored to your students' needs.

We'll focus on developing effective communication skills, including techniques to improve your vocal delivery, body language, and storytelling abilities.

We'll learn how to effectively promote your services, build a strong brand, and grow your client base using both traditional and digital marketing strategies.
